Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on full-price, unused items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and any item marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email support@xilestreetwear.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label (for US orders) or return address for international orders.
- Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- U.S. customers: We cover return shipping costs when you use the label we provide.
- International returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping & customs fees.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, email us and we’ll send the correct one (subject to availability).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we’ve approved it, check your bank or card issuer. If still missing, contact us at support@xilestreetwear.com with your order number.
