Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is printed, packaged, and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)

These are estimates — actual delivery time may vary due to holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Enjoy free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $75.


Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL (depending on destination).
If you choose an expedited or express option (when available), delivery times will be faster and costs higher.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or missing:

  • Contact us at support@xilestreetwear.com
  • Provide your order number and shipping address
  • We will assist by contacting the carrier and investigating the issue

International Orders & Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.
